I will send you a renewal invite every year.  This  covers your hosting and domain registration fee if any.

Can I cancel?

You can let me know you want to cancel at any time during the year.  You won't get a refund of unused hosting, but I will help you transfer to another provider.

When you receive a renewal notice, you need to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, otherwise you'll be liable for the next year's charges.

When do I renew?

I'll write to you when your account is due for renewal.  Or you can contact me and I'll let you know straight away.

If you don't cancel, you must pay your invoice within the time stated, otherwise your service will be suspended and your account will be placed for recovery action.
